Request Account Deletion
Overview
Ruby Chat provides a process for users to request permanent deletion of their accounts and associated data.
Steps to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] requesting data deletion
- Include the email address associated with your account if different from your contact email
- Our support team will process the request and confirm deletion via email
Data Deletion and Retention
When deletion is requested, the following information is permanently removed:
- Personal Information (email address, name)
- Chat history
- Usage data
Note: Some data may be retained temporarily as mandated by law or for purposes like fraud prevention or record-keeping.
