All visual depictions displayed on our Website, App(s) or Services, are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. §2257, 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. 75 because:

• The content does not portray actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Instead, it consists of digitally created works generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• The images and content produced by our AI are entirely fictional and do not involve live subjects or use the likenesses of real persons. They are synthetic depictions created from the AI’s algorithms and do not depict real individuals.
• User-Generated Content (UGC) on our platform allows for the creation of custom avatars and bots. We enforce a strict policy prohibiting UGC that involves sexually explicit conduct or the depiction of real individuals. Our moderation systems actively prevent the upload, generation, or distribution of such content.
