Ruby Chat commits to responsible use by individuals meeting legal age requirements. The platform offers AI-generated adult content exclusively to registered users aged 18 or older (or legal age in their country). Users affirm their eligibility upon registration.

We have deployed a proprietary content moderation filter to prevent underage registration and ensure AI-generated material does not resemble minors.

1. Registering

An age gate appears during registration, requiring users to confirm they are 18+. A transparent disclaimer notifies users that providing false age information violates our Terms & Conditions.

Ruby Chat cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations regarding user age. Users bear responsibility for complying with local laws regarding adult content access.

2. Content Responsibility

Users hold sole responsibility for all AI-generated content, including text, voice, images, and videos. Ruby Chat neither controls nor endorses the content produced by the AI Chatbots.

Users must ensure interactions comply with applicable laws and company policies. This policy explicitly prohibits content exploiting or endangering minors, including child exploitation material and content resembling minors.

3. Content Moderation

The platform employs proprietary LLM-based content moderation. We reserve the right to manually review flagged content and take appropriate action, which may include terminating the user's account.

4. Content Removal

Violating content is removed at the company's discretion.
