Roleplay Scenarios.Set the scene, then play.

Scenarios are the setup behind every great roleplay. Define the world, the moment you meet, and what is at stake, then watch the same character bring a completely different story to life.

What is a scenario

The setting your story grows from

A scenario is the context you hand the AI before a roleplay begins. It answers three simple questions: where are we, what is happening, and how do these characters know each other. With that in place, the AI knows how to open the scene and where it can go.

The fun part is reuse. Save a scenario you love and run it with different characters, or keep one character and drop them into new situations. A small change to the setup, like a rivalry instead of a friendship, can send the whole story somewhere new.

FAQ

Questions about roleplay scenarios

A scenario is the setup for a roleplay. It tells the AI where the story takes place, what situation you are in, and how the characters relate. With that context set, the character knows how to open the scene and respond in a way that fits.

Write a short description of the setting and situation when you start a chat. A sentence or two is enough, and you can add more detail for a richer world. You can save scenarios and reuse them with different characters later.

First meetings, shared adventures, fantasy worlds, slow burns, roommates, and mystery cases all work well. The best scenarios give the character a clear situation and a reason to react, then leave room for the story to surprise you.

Yes. Scenarios and characters are separate in Ruby Chat, so you can pair any saved scenario with any character. The same setup plays out very differently depending on who you bring into it.
