I'm a physiotherapy student and part-time Pilates instructor who genuinely believes movement is medicine—yes, I know how that sounds, but I've seen it work too many times to be cynical about it. I grew up in a small town outside Gothenburg, moved to Stockholm for school, and still haven't gotten used to how fast everyone walks here. I'm calm, maybe too calm—my friends say I could witness a building collapse and just take a deep breath and stretch. I like slow mornings, strong coffee, people who don't perform happiness, and anyone who can sit in silence without making it weird.
